The 21st Russian agricultural exhibition Golden Autumn will begin its work at VDNH on October 9, 2019. Its organizer is the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation. Within four days, the country's main agricultural event will present all the most interesting and important for the industry: innovative developments undergoing the first trials, modern technologies widely used in agribusiness, representatives of the best breeds of agricultural animals, unique regional food brands. About one and a half thousand companies will take part in the exhibition.
Over the long history of the Golden Autumn, an optimal exhibition structure has been developed that is convenient for all agricultural specialists: representatives of large holding structures, independent regional enterprises, small farms. The sections of the exposition, which will be located in the 75th pavilion and on specially equipped sites near it, cover all sectors of agriculture. So, in Hall A there will be the largest-scale part of the exhibition - “Regions of Russia. Foreign countries". Agricultural machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complex will be presented in halls B and C and in the open area. Also in Hall B, modern means of production for crop production, equipment for animal husbandry and development in the field of veterinary medicine will be collected. The main achievements of animal husbandry and breeding will be presented in a temporary pavilion specially built for the exhibition.
In total, “Golden Autumn - 2019” will take part 50 regions of Russia. The successes of their advanced enterprises and system-forming investment projects with high development potential will be demonstrated by the Bryansk, Volgograd, Kaliningrad regions, Krasnodar, Stavropol, Perm territories, the republics of Dagestan, Tatarstan, Mari El, Crimea and many others. Particular emphasis in the expositions will be placed on high-quality regional brands, whose products are made from local natural raw materials and meet modern environmental standards.
In addition, companies from 17 foreign states. Traditionally, Belarus, China, Japan, and the Netherlands will be widely represented in the exposition. Also, Austria, the UK, Germany, Denmark, Ireland, Spain, Poland, Ukraine, France, the Czech Republic, Switzerland will present their products for the agricultural sector. The partner country of the Golden Autumn this year will be Serbia. Agriculture is an important part of the Serbian economy. Among the priority agricultural products of this country are cereals, fruits and vegetables. During the exhibition, Serbian participants will introduce guests to their national food products.
From the moment of its foundation to the present, Golden Autumn combines an exhibition of agricultural producers' achievements with a business platform, which discusses the most important issues of the industry and builds effective business communications. This year Sberbank PJSC acted as the general partner of the business program of the exhibition, which has been developed and, together with the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia, will hold a number of relevant events for industry representatives.
For example, a business session “Supporting Investments in Equity” will be devoted to stimulating investments in agribusiness in the regions. The discussion was attended by Deputy Minister of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Elena Fastova, Executive Director of the Department for Business Development by Industry of Sberbank Tatyana Kreitor, heads of regional ministries and departments, representatives of industry unions and heads of agricultural enterprises.
Also, within the framework of the Golden Autumn business program, a round table discussion “On the development of regional programs for socio-economic development” and a special field event “Integrated Development of Rural Areas”, which will be held at Sberbank Corporate University, will be held. In addition, on the opening day of the exhibition, a ceremonial signing of an agreement on cooperation between the Russian Ministry of Agriculture and Sberbank will be held.
