Vegetables are being actively harvested in the Dmitrovsky District of the Moscow Region. More than 66 thousand tons of potatoes have already been harvested.
In total, the agricultural enterprises of the district planted potatoes on an area of 4 hectares. By October 766, 8% of potatoes have been harvested from the fields, this is 47 thousand tons. The average potato yield in the Dmitrovsky district is 66,4 centners per hectare.
The gross harvest for vegetables - cabbage, carrots, beets - is 52,4 thousand tons. ⠀
The harvesting of grain crops is also nearing completion. To date, more than 5 thousand hectares of cereals and legumes have been harvested, which is 94% of the plan. The gross harvest of grain crops reached 15,7 thousand tons.
In addition, farmers have begun a sowing campaign for the harvest of 2022. At the beginning of October, 64% of the plan for sowing winter crops was fulfilled.
