This forecast was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture of the region. Similar problems exist in other regions as well. It is no coincidence that a tractor driver in the Samara region is ready to pay a quarter of a million.
In the Astrakhan region, they also do not skimp. This year, 11 workers from Uzbekistan and Tajikistan have not yet arrived in the region. The newcomers worked for 1-1,5 thousand rubles a day, and the daily work for local workers last year first reached three, and then - up to five thousand rubles, since there was fierce competition for labor resources. “Now we are ready to pay ten thousand a day, but to whom?” Complains the farmer and vegetable grower Aibek Mirzaev. He grew zucchini, cucumbers, bell peppers, pumpkin. Now only goes to potatoes. It doesn't need to be collected by hand.
“Everyone hopes that the borders will be opened. But even then, we will need at least another month to register the migrants, ”said the farmer Nikolai Ustinov, who grows potatoes, onions and watermelons, as another problem. - Bakhchu this year will be planted in smaller quantities. There will be no workers - the harvest will burn. "
All of these issues have changed the behavior of employers across the country. Where to go? You have to work. In anticipation of the sowing season, the number of vacancies in the agro-industrial complex increased by 35 percent. Most of them are open to tractor drivers. Moreover, in 70 percent of cases, farms agree to hire people without experience.
In addition to tractor drivers, agronomists and vegetable growers were among the three most demanded professions in the period of field work. Where they are expected and how much they are willing to pay, "RG" was told in the Rosselkhozbank with reference to the data of the personnel search service on the "Own Farming" platform.
Tractor drivers are promised the highest salaries here. So, in the village of Khvorostyanka, Samara region, you can get up to 250 thousand rubles a month. The employer is ready to pay 170 thousand rubles to a tractor driver in the village of Chebaki, Novosibirsk Region.
A third of the proposals for agronomists are aimed at young people who have worked in this specialty for up to three years. And only one tenth of the vacancies are intended for agronomists with experience from three to six years.
Salary - up to 150 thousand per month. Such an income, for example, can have a chief agronomist in the village of Zavolzhskoe, Astrakhan region. He will have to study and implement technologies to combat pests, plant diseases and weeds.
The third line in the ranking was taken by vegetable growers. True, on the Svoe Farmerstvo platform, the salary is much more modest than that of the farmer-vegetable grower Aybek Mirzaev. On average, up to 35 thousand rubles a month.
Some farms need rice growers and growers, pickers of berries, mushrooms and tea leaves. The salary for such vacancies reaches 40 thousand rubles a month.
In some cases, farmers-employers are ready to provide workers with temporary shelter. For example, in the city of Tavda, Sverdlovsk region, they are looking for a beekeeper living in a farm this season. It will be necessary to take care of bees, pump out honey and process raw materials.
In the meantime, even amid lucrative offers for workers, they are in no hurry to go to the field. And the farmers are reducing the sowing volumes, curtailing the assortment. "The early production has already been lost: the greenhouses have not been laid," says Nikolai Ustinov, an agricultural producer in Astrakhan. Now the main thing is not to lose the whole season.
From April 1, regular passenger flights with Tajikistan and Uzbekistan should finally resume, which Nikolai is looking forward to. And he is not alone.
Also, housing is offered to a vegetable grower in the city of Sol-Iletsk, Orenburg region. Here you will have to grow seedlings, care for them and plant them in open ground.
In Yakutia, only those vaccinated against coronavirus will be allowed to shift work. The head of the region, Aisen Nikolaev, ordered that information about this be brought to all enterprises using the rotational method. He stressed that only residents with permanent registration will be vaccinated in the republic.
During the year, it is planned to vaccinate 378 thousand people, or 60 percent of the adult population.
At the same time, the number of seasonal workers is enormous. In 2020, for example, 350 enterprises attracted 62 thousand shift workers.
In Yakutia, last year's situation is remembered when an outbreak of COVID-19 occurred in shift camps at the Chayandinskoye oil and gas condensate field, where there were more than 10 thousand people. Local authorities, doctors and specialists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations had to solve the problems of gas workers. In the republic, it is believed that employers should first of all take care of the health of personnel.
