The company "August", a major Russian manufacturer of pesticides, has launched for buyers of its products Customer Information Service (ICS), designed to organize the accounting of chemical plant protection products (CPP). This solution will help enterprises integrating their own accounting systems with the Federal State Information System (FSIS) Saturn, created to ensure the traceability of the turnover of pesticides and agrochemicals by Rosselkhoznadzor. After registering on the ICS portal, users will be able to receive a list of documents on product shipments with all the necessary information about it for any selected period.
The new service is located at https://iks.avgust.com. It is available from any computer or smartphone and does not require additional installation of programs and applications.
“The data on the ICS portal is updated in real time. After registration, users will be able to receive all the necessary documentation on product shipments for any period of time they need. The program informs the client about the movement of medicines and helps to keep batch records for reporting, including for FSIS Saturn, reducing labor costs for this procedure, ”says Andrey Generalov, head of the outbound logistics group at JSC Firma August.
The description of the shipped products for each of the documents is available to users of the service in two versions:
- by name and number of the production batch;
– by serial numbers of boxes with medicines, as well as pallets and boxes placed on them, taking into account nesting.
The resulting documentation is downloaded to a computer for further work with it in their own corporate information systems.
You can also register on the portal and get access to your personal account remotely by filling out a questionnaire about the enterprise in .xls, .doc or .txt formats to choose from, indicating the employee who will act as a representative of the organization on all issues related to the use of ICS. The completed application form should be sent by email to iks_op@avgust.com. The registration data required to enter the client's personal account will be transferred to the contacts indicated in the questionnaire.
It should be noted that the company "August" long before the launch of FSIS "Saturn" introduced its own serial and batch accounting of all operations with CPPP made at its enterprises - the Track & Trace (T&T) system. This is an automated solution for tracking each unit of production, processing and IT-service of data on their movement. Serial marking of individual packaging of drugs, packaging of the second level (boxes) and third level (pallets) in accordance with the international GS1 system helps to see all operations with finished products within the August company itself until it is shipped to the buyer. Labeling gives the same opportunities to the client after receiving the purchased drugs. In encrypted form, the marking barcode contains basic information about the product: trade name, serial number, lot number, production date and expiration date. Without exception, all Avgusta products are labeled, as the system has been operating since mid-2019.
The modern labeling of Avgusta products has become the basis for other digital solutions offered to customers that allow tracking the movement of goods within the company. Firstly, this is the August AgroSklad mobile application, with the help of which warehouse operations can be instantly reflected in the accounting system, forming prompt and transparent serial and batch accounting. The solution is optimally suited for distributors and large agricultural holdings. Warehouses of Avgust itself and its representative offices operate using the named application - through it the T&T system database about the operations performed is filled. Secondly, this is "August AgroMarker" - a program for controlling the issuance of full packages of drugs for processing to the fields and returning them empty, as well as for generating reports on these operations.
