As part of the AGROSALON-2020 exhibition, Rostselmash will present a compact combine harvester NOVA.
This small, agile machine does more than the flagship models in an awkward field. The high-performance harvester has a miniature size, economy, comfort and affordable cost.
Driving performance
NOVA 340/330 harvesters are equipped with YaMZ 534 (Stage IIIA) or Cummins QSB 4.5 (Stage IV) engines with 180/175 hp. respectively. A large fuel tank is enough for work without refueling during a shift or more. This is achieved by both an economical motor and a simple single-drum harvester scheme and a classic straw walker that consumes a minimum of power. The drive wheels are driven by a hydrostatic 3-speed transmission, which greatly simplifies the control of the combine.
The car has a high ground clearance of 50 cm, which is convenient when working on difficult terrain, driving in and out of the fields. In the basic configuration, wheels 23,1R26 are put on the drive axle, and 18,4R24 on the driven axle. For harvesting in difficult conditions, you can order a version with all-wheel drive and wheels 28LR26 / 18,4R24. The dimensions of the harvester (L x W x H 7 945 x 3 400 (3 460 -4WD) x 3 963) allow it to be easily distilled on public roads.
Aggregation, threshing, cleaning
The NOVA conveyor inclined chamber is equipped with a spring-loaded SCRP, a stone trap, a reverse function and inspection hatches for easy inspection. The combine is aggregated with a wide range of adapters: Power Stream grain headers from 4 to 7 m wide; 5m Float Stream soybean header; Argus 5-row corn header; 6-row Falcon adapter for sunflower harvesting; with a Swa Pick with a working width of 3,4 m.
The highlight of the combine is the original single-drum thresher with a receiving accelerating beater. The drum 1185 mm long and 600 mm in diameter is covered by a concave at an angle of 146 degrees. This gives a huge threshing area for such a baby - 0,93 m2... The drum rotation frequency varies within the range of 510-1150 rpm, an optional reduction gear is installed for harvesting sunflower / maize (300/400 rpm). The threshing gap is adjustable from the cab (electric drive). The thresher provides high performance and at the same time gentle grain threshing.
Residual grain is separated on a 4-gang straw walker with an area of 4,3 m2... Efficiency is achieved both by a large sieve area and by an optimally matched vibration amplitude of the keys. The grain heap enters the 2-sieve cleaning system with an area of 3,59 m2 with a large gap between the preparation board and the upper sieve. Thanks to the finger grid on the preparation board, the grain is distributed more evenly and better airflow is blown. The fan speed can be adjusted from the cab in the range of 350 - 1 rpm.
Grain and straw
Bunker of the NOVA combine with a sampler and filling sensor with a volume of 4,9 m3 unloads in less than 2 minutes (50 l / s), and the unloading speed can be adjusted. The auger with a length of 4,1 m and a discharge height of 4,0 m allows safe and comfortable loading of grain into vehicles.
The harvester in the basic configuration is equipped with a swather and a single-speed IRS (3000 rpm), a device for lowering the drum speed to 1 rpm is offered as an option. You can also order a version of the combine with a 700 m stacker3.
Ergonomics and safety
Combine harvester NOVA is equipped with a Comfort Cab, which is equipped with an air conditioner, heater, filtration system and air pressure. The operator's work is supported by the on-board information system Adviser II, which monitors the harvesting parameters and the functioning of the machine units. Operational functions are controlled from the joystick, panel and monitor. It also displays the current information, which is duplicated by a sound signal and voice notifications.
More information about the NOVA combine will be provided by the company's specialists at the Rostselmash stand from October 6 to 9 at the AGROSALON exhibition in Moscow. The AGROSALON exhibition will present modern models of machinery and equipment for working in the field and will cover all areas of agricultural machinery from the world's largest manufacturers. The guests of the exhibition will be presented with tractors, machines for soil cultivation and sowing, for fertilizing, irrigation and drainage, harvesting, forage procurement and keeping animals, as well as components and much, much more.
