Bonduelle Group will launch the production of frozen vegetables on the basis of the acquired plant of Shebekinsky Vegetable Plant LLC (SHOK LLC) in the Belgorod Region. This was reported to FruitNews by the press service of Bonduelle.
The initial price of the plant, along with buildings, equipment and warehouses, according to the Unified Federal Bankruptcy Information Register (EFRSB), amounted to 444 million rubles. Over the next three years, additional equipment will be installed at the facility. Every year, the company will produce from 6 thousand tons to 10 thousand tons of frozen products.

These investments will allow the Group to expand the range of frozen vegetables it produces using local raw materials, which will help make a wide range of healthy food products available to Russian consumers. Bonduelle will work in partnership with the local agricultural community to drive innovation in sustainable production, ”the company said in a press release.
