LLC "Agroholding Yakhroma" was established in Moscow in mid-February this year, follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. The Gubernskiy consortium, the beneficiary of which is called ex-senator Gleb Fetisov, owns 70% of the company, the rest of the share belongs to Anna Minaeva (considered the common-law wife of senator and former owner of the Mosselprom holding Sergey Lisovskiy). Last week Agroholding Yakhroma became the owner of 74,99% of Mosagrofood-D LLC. This company in 2017 agreed with the government of the Moscow region to invest 545,7 million rubles. in the production of potatoes and vegetables in open ground (cabbage, carrots, beets) on 1,8 thousand hectares, according to the materials of the Dmitrovsky district administration. The general director of Agroholding Yakhroma Aleksey Belous confirmed these plans to Kommersant. In addition, the company plans to build a vegetable storage and washing, packing and processing lines, he added.
