Funding for the agro-industrial complex in the Kuban was discussed at a pre-sowing meeting held by Governor Veniamin Kondratiev, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Krasnodar Territory reports.
- In total, more than 9,6 billion rubles have been allocated to support the agro-industrial complex. The plant growing industry will receive 4,3 billion rubles. But the question is how to provide subsidies. It is important that the funds are distributed transparently so that none of the farmers have any questions. For us, both a farmer and a large producer are equally valuable, - Veniamin Kondratiev emphasized.
“Funding for the strengthening of the reclamation complex has been increased by more than 3 times compared to last year - the amount will be 447,5 million rubles,” said Andrey Korobka, vice-governor.
The budget allocated 339 million rubles for the production of vegetable crops, 531,4 million for agricultural insurance, and 512 million for concessional lending. The money will also go to seed production, anti-hail measures, agrochemical land surveys, and investment loans in the agro-industrial complex.
