Together with entrepreneurs, scientists and visionaries from around the world, we will discuss the problems of food and its availability in different parts of the world.
The task is to see the problem from different geography, look from different angles and understand what breakthrough technologies and alternative sources of products are already being developed by scientists not only in Russia, but also in Brazil, China, India and Indonesia.
And most importantly, what place does human health occupy in the new FoodTech reality.
