On July 30, the First Deputy Governor of the Vladimir Region Alexander Remiga together with the Director of the Department of Agriculture of the Vladimir Region Konstantin Demidov made a working trip to the Melenkovsky District, where the bulk of the region's potatoes and vegetables are produced. The leaders visited 4 agro-industrial organizations: OOO Melagro, Plemzavod Ilkino, SEC Dmitrievy Gory and Melenkovsky cannery. The total annual profit of these companies exceeds 380 million rubles.
LLC "Melagro" was the first to welcome the guests. The enterprise is one of the leading producers of potato chips. The planting area is 750-830 hectares annually, the gross harvest of potatoes reaches 25-27 thousand tons. Over the past 2 years, manufacturers have become leaders in the export of agricultural products.
“Last year, Melagro delivered 5,5 thousand tons of potatoes to Europe. This indicator indicates that the volume of products is increasing every year. Modern technologies are introduced and used in production, which allows us to produce a quality product. In the first half of 2020, the company was provided financial support: under the state program, 2,2 million rubles were allocated from the federal budget, ”stressed Alexander Remiga.
More than 1 million rubles were allocated from the federal and regional budgets to support agro-industrial enterprises in the Melenkovsky district in the 2020st half of 69. Over the past two years, high-performance grain drying complexes have been built on the territory of the Ilkino breeding plant and the Dmitrievy Gory SPK. This made it possible to increase the production and safety of grain crops.
“All 4 enterprises that we visited today are actively involved in state programs for the development of the agro-industrial complex, receive subsidies and support,” stressed Konstantin Demidov.
As noted by Alexander Remiga, the regional administrations are faced with the task of increasing the export of agricultural products from the region to more than $ 2024 million by 313. The project "Export of agricultural products of the Vladimir region" is already demonstrating positive dynamics.
“Now it is important to ensure the further participation of the agro-industrial complex of the Vladimir region in federal programs, prepare all the necessary documentation and submit applications for 2021 in a timely manner,” the First Vice Governor emphasized.
