A new agro-industrial complex for the storage, processing and packaging of potatoes and vegetables in the open field will begin work in the Moscow region in 2023, the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the region reports.
The project is being implemented by the Lesnye Dali agricultural production cooperative.
The Lesnye Dali enterprise has been operating on the territory of Yegoryevsk since 2005. The main activity is the production of potatoes and open field vegetables. Products are sold under the Lesnye Dali brand in such retail chains as Azbuka Vkusa, Auchan, Magnit, Lenta, Dixy and others.
The planned volume of investments in the implementation of the project is more than 1,5 billion rubles. The area of the production building will be about 35 thousand square meters. m, the volume of production of finished products - at least 40 thousand tons per year.
The implementation of the project will create more than 200 new jobs for residents of the Moscow region. Additionally, during the implementation of the project, it is planned to increase the gross crop, as well as the fleet of agricultural machinery. The planned launch date for the agro-industrial complex is 2023. The enterprise is expected to reach full capacity in the second half of 2.
