“From September 28 to October 7, farmers from various Russian regions will bring their best products to the Golden Autumn gastronomic festival. And Moscow restaurateurs will delight visitors with the most delicious seasonal dishes and drinks. The menu includes aromatic soups, original hot dishes from fish, meat and vegetables, a variety of pastries, as well as the most delicious warming drinks: from tea with lemon balm to pumpkin latte. 40 public catering enterprises will operate at the festival grounds, ”the message says.
As specified, on Revolution Square, chefs of restaurant chalets will cook a wild lamb shoulder blade with potatoes and tomatoes, baked guinea fowl with apricots, duck fillet with sea buckthorn and juniper, autumn pie, stewed veal with rye bread and baked vegetables. There you will also find snacks - potato pancakes with mushroom sauce, boats with various fillings (bolognese, chicken, seafood cocktail, vegetables) - and a variety of mint drinks: kvass with mint, tea with mint and lemon balm, lemonade with mint and lime, banana smoothie with mint.
Pumpkin soup with basil and sunflower seeds, chicken breast skewers in honey mustard sauce, marinated pork skewers in caramel sauce, warm grilled vegetables salad with pesto sauce, stewed cabbage with smoked sausages, pumpkin petals with honey and ginger pancakes with stewed beef can be tasted here, on Revolution Square, as well as on the site at the address: st. Profsoyuznaya, 41. Drink all this with tea with raspberries, juniper and fresh mint, or with sage, honey and lemon balm.
