The site contains more than 100 parameters necessary for making a purchasing decision, independently compares offers simultaneously on several indicators and selects a pool of the best.
A team of specialists from Magnit in the direction of its own production has developed an industrial solution SRM (Supply Relationship System) for collecting proposals from suppliers for its own enterprises. A unified electronic system allows you to flexibly manage interaction with partners, expand the number of counterparties and reduce the time to find the best options.
Every month, Magnit's own food and agro-industrial production facilities, which are located in different regions of the country, purchase about 10-15 thousand tons of raw materials, including more than 500 items. The development of our own enterprises, the growth of production volumes and the expansion of the assortment required a unified approach to purchasing with a high level of service.
At the first stage, the automated platform is available for nine Magnit enterprises, including the Krasnodar Industrial Park. Now all the technical aspects are being worked out, therefore, at the initial stage, only the main partners are connected to the system. In the future, the platform can be used by everyone, and it itself will be scaled to the entire range of industries.
