The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation proposes to reduce funding from the budget of the state program for the development of agriculture in 2018 by 3,2 billion rubles to 238,737 billion rubles, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the draft amendments to the budget for 2018 and 2019-2020, published on the portal draft regulatory legal acts.
According to the law on the federal budget for 2018 and for the planning period 2019-2020, this year it is planned to allocate 241,986 billion rubles for the state program for the development of the agro-industrial complex, in 2019 - 242,434 billion rubles, in 2020 - 242,448 billion rubles.
From the draft amendments to the budget it follows that in 2018 the financing of the state program of the agro-industrial complex can be reduced by 3,249 billion rubles, or 1,3%. The changes will mainly affect the financing of a departmental project to stimulate investment activity in the agro-industrial complex - it may decrease by 3,222 billion rubles, to 98,78 billion rubles.
In particular, the financing of measures to support investment lending may decrease by 5,222 billion rubles, to 47 billion. At the same time, the amount of subsidies allocated from the budget to reimburse part of the interest rate on investment loans in the agro-industrial complex may decrease by 31,738 billion rubles to 20,486 billion.
At the same time, 26,515 billion rubles will be allocated to “other inter-budget transfers to reimburse part of the cost of paying interest on investment loans (loans) in the agricultural sector”. An additional 2 billion rubles may be allocated for subsidies to companies to reimburse part of the direct costs of creating and modernizing agricultural facilities. Now it is provided for 100 million rubles.
