In 2022, the Ministry of Agriculture of Crimea will send state support funds to local farmers, including from the budget of the republic, to increase the production of vegetables. The Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Andrey Ryumshin spoke about this within the framework of a meeting on the guaranteed provision of the population and guests of the Republic of Crimea with agricultural products and socially significant food products.
The event was held under the leadership of Yuri Gotsanyuk, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea.
The main purpose of the discussion was an issue requiring a comprehensive solution: creating conditions for establishing economically justified prices for food in the republic.
State support measures were also announced to increase the production of vegetables. For the provision of grants to "Agrostartup" and reimbursement of the costs of SPoK in 2022, 31 million rubles will be allocated, the same amount is planned to be allocated for the development of family farms. Next year, the state will also provide grants for the purchase of equipment and the construction of vegetable stores.
The issue of allocating 120 million rubles for the VTsP Development of Cooperation is currently being considered. They plan to issue grants for the purchase of vehicles for the transportation of agricultural products, with the obligations of the cooperative to participate in weekend fairs and the sale of products through non-stationary trade facilities. In addition, in 2022, it is also planned to provide support to producers of open field vegetables to carry out agricultural technological work.
The possibility of introducing new measures of state support at the expense of the budget of the Republic of Crimea to reimburse 50% of the costs for the purchased seed material of vegetable crops of the main borsch set - potatoes, beets, carrots, onions, cabbage is being considered.
As part of the event, it was also decided to assign agricultural producers of municipal districts to urban districts of the Republic of Crimea to ensure interaction with retail facilities.
