One of the important problems hindering the growth of sales of borscht products in large chain stores is the lack of merchandisers who monitor the display of goods. After a few days of “purchasing selection”, vegetables of not the most presentable type remain on the shelf, but no one is in a hurry to replace them with fresh ones. At the same time, we all understand that the consumer in modern conditions always has a choice. People are beginning to buy products in trade stalls and tents in the markets, where sellers closely monitor the quality of goods. This is how the stereotype is formed: “there are bad vegetables in large stores”, which leads to a decrease in profits for suppliers.
In our opinion, in order to change the attitude of retailers to the state of vegetable shelves, it is necessary to draw maximum attention to them. This is easy to do using the mobile application of the Potato System magazine. Recently, a new section has appeared there - “Photos from the store”. Each user of the application who has come across low-quality products on sale can upload a photo, and our team will publish the photo in the daily digest (with the region and address of the marketplace). So voluntary "merchandisers" will help to strengthen control over the quality of goods in stores.
Join our project! Only excellent vegetables should be sold in our stores!
