Dutch company LVM CIS B.V. withdrew from the founders of the Lipetsk manufacturer of frozen potatoes LVM Rus LLC, follows from the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Thus, 74,9% of the shares of LVM Rus, owned by a Dutch company, became the property of the Lipetsk potato producer itself. The remaining 25,1% is still owned by Vladimir Tsyganov, a member of the board of directors of the Belaya Dacha holding company.
Recall that in April 2018, the Belaya Dacha Group of Companies launched a plant for the production of french fries in Lipetsk. The total investment amounted to 8,7 billion rubles. Lipetsk production was created in partnership with the American-Dutch company Lamb Weston Meijer (LVM CIS B.V.). At the beginning of 2021, Belaya Dacha Trading withdrew from the company's shareholders by selling its stake (25,1%) to Vladimir Tsyganov.
The LVM Rus company was registered in 2012 and specializes in potato processing. General Director - Irina Van Den Berg. Production is located on the territory of the IP SEZ "Lipetsk". The company's revenue in 2021 amounted to 8,2 billion rubles, net profit - 1,5 billion rubles.
