Exports to Russia from Turkmenistan showed an increase of 93% from 16,9 thousand tons to 32,7 thousand tons.
In addition, the Rosselkhoznadzor notes a significant increase in the volume of food potatoes imported to Russia from the CIS countries. Deliveries in 2021 doubled compared to 2: from 2020 thousand tons to 102,2 thousand tons.
The main exporters of potatoes: Belarus (export growth 11 times: from 8,3 thousand tons to 94,3 thousand tons), Azerbaijan (an increase of 23%: from 68,8 thousand tons to 84,7 thousand tons) and Armenia (an increase of 38%: from 21,2 thousand tons to 29,5 thousand tons).
In general, Azerbaijan remains the largest supplier of tomatoes to Russia (114 thousand tons) among the CIS countries, Belarus - potatoes (94 thousand tons), carrots (57 thousand tons), white cabbage (29 thousand tons) and cucumbers (19 thousand tons). tons), Armenia - apricots (34 thousand tons), Kazakhstan - onions (61 thousand tons), watermelons (44 thousand tons) and melons (28 thousand tons), Moldova - apples (113 thousand tons) and grapes (9 thousand tons), Tajikistan - dried fruits (over 3 thousand tons), Uzbekistan - cherries (24 thousand tons), nectarines (20 thousand tons) and plums (5,8 thousand tons) and dill ( 5,6 thousand tons).

The supply of tomatoes from Uzbekistan has grown significantly from 24,2 thousand tons last year to 37,5 thousand tons this year (+ 55%).
