As the business information agency ABIREG, the bankruptcy manager of the bankrupt Agroregion LLC (who built the vegetable store in the SEZ RU APT Izmalkovo) put up for sale by public offering the company's property complex, follows from the auction documentation. The minimum selling price will be 381,7 million rubles lower than the initial one and will amount to 110,8 million rubles.
The property complex, originally worth 492,5 million rubles, will be divided into seven lots. The first lot with an initial cost of 64,6 million rubles included equipment for packing, receiving, sorting and storing potatoes, seven loaders and other fixed assets. The minimum price will be 24,4 million rubles. The second lot included irrigation systems, vehicles and equipment worth 67,9 million rubles, cut-off price - 25,6 million rubles.
Two vegetable stores (6,1 thousand and 5,8 thousand square meters), a non-residential building (5,8 thousand square meters) and land in the Izmalkovsky district of the Lipetsk region will fall in price at auction to 50,3 million rubles from the original 335,1 million rubles. They will try to sell real estate and land located in the Krasnozorensky district of the Oryol region for 5,4 million rubles at an initial cost of 13,6 million rubles.
13 thousand containers for storing potatoes will fall in price from 9,7 million to 4,9 million rubles, an Advance trailed sprayer - from 915,1 thousand to 183 thousand rubles, a mounted pneumatic precision seeder MS - from 714,3 thousand to 142,9 thousand rubles.
Bids are accepted from April 17, the price will be reduced every seven days. The minimum selling price of lots ranges from 5 to 10% of the initial cost.
Recall that in 2012 Agroregion announced the construction of an industrial complex in the Izmalkovsky district worth 1,3 billion rubles. In 2015, the company was to begin the construction of the third stage - a vegetable store with refrigeration equipment, designed to store at least 20 thousand tons of cabbage and carrots, for 500 million rubles.
In May 2017, the investigating authorities of the RF IC in the region opened a criminal case against the company's CEO Andrei Baranov under part 2 of article 145.1 of the Criminal Code (“Non-payment of more than two months of wages”). From November 2016 to April 2017, Agroregion owed employees more than 5 million rubles. At the end of December 2017, the debt was fully repaid; law enforcement officials have no complaints about the company's management. We also recall that the company was declared bankrupt in April 2019. As of January 2020, the register of creditors' claims included 144,4 million rubles of debts.
According to SPARK-Interfax, LLC Agroregion with a registered capital of 116,6 million rubles was registered in 2011. The main activity is the cultivation of cereals, legumes and oilseeds. 80% belongs to Andrei Baranov, 20% to Maxim Khutorny. The company's revenue in 2016 amounted to 206,5 million rubles, a net loss of 67,6 million rubles. Further financial indicators were not disclosed.
