In the Rostov region, at the checkpoint "Donetsk", the import of 460 kilograms of potatoes from Ukraine was stopped, for which the necessary documents were missing, the regional department of Rosselkhoznadzor reports.
“It was found that 12 Ukrainian citizens tried to smuggle almost half a ton of potatoes to the Don region. There were no phytosanitary certificates for the cargo, ”it was reported.
In addition, 11 seedlings and shrubs were found among foreigners. Certificates confirm the quality and safety of products.
As a result, all products were returned to Ukraine.
