According to the adopted law, when applying the taxation system for agricultural producers, a tax rate of 0% for all categories of taxpayers is approved. Zero rate will be valid for three tax periods.

The law was adopted by the deputies of the Moscow Regional Duma as a whole. It will enter into force on January 1, 2019. “Reducing the tax burden on agricultural enterprises will help increase the investment attractiveness of the industry and, as a result, increase the number of agricultural enterprises, which in turn will lead to the creation of new jobs and an increase in personal income tax revenues,” stressed Andrei Razin.
