Regional managers of Agrotrade Group completed an additional training course.
Agrotrade Group of Companies has a wide network of representative offices in almost all regions of Russia. Each employee of the representative office must have an extensive supply of knowledge in order to promptly offer the customer the best solution to the problems that arise during the year on the farm, or to suggest ways to improve the efficiency of agricultural production.
In early July, a group of companies organized a three-day training course for regional managers at the head office in Nizhny Novgorod.
Classes were held by product managers and managers of key areas of the enterprise. They talked about new products and outlined the main working tasks for the current moment - taking into account the specifics of each unit.
So, the head of the direction “Technical service and spare parts” Yuri Burlachenko, speaking about the importance of preparing for the harvesting season, he noted: “This is a hot time for agricultural producers. During a period of intense load, the equipment often does not stand up, breakdowns occur on both new and old cars. The main thing for us at this moment is to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to customers, and if necessary, urgent. ” Yuriy Burlachenko emphasized that Agrotrade today has all the resources to guarantee customers the delivery of spare parts for GRIMME equipment within 24 hours (if the part is in stock in Russia) and within three days (if the part is in stock in Germany).
Almost all the seminar leaders also touched on the topic of the features of the current season. For example, the head of the Plant Protection Products Alexander Bylinin He drew the attention of regional representatives to the fact that this year in many regions of the country due to weather difficulties, the landing dates were extended. “Because of this, perhaps not everyone will be able to fully implement all the stages of previously developed plant protection schemes,” he summarized.
On the third day of the course, students switched to practice and visited the AgroAlliance-NN farm in the Perevozsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod Region. Managers visited the potato fields of the farm and evaluated the potential yield; looked at the site where the commissioning of the pumping station is completed; examined the store.
One of the most striking events of this trip was a master class from the product manager of the direction “Technical service and spare parts” Ilya Zobova. Ilya demonstrated how Agrotrade service employees conduct a diagnostic examination of the equipment using the example of the SE 150-60 potato harvester (GRIMME): all the main components that are potentially susceptible to damage or wear have been tested in good faith.
