The Ministry of Agriculture of Russia conducts operational monitoring of the budget allocation to state support for the country's agro-industrial complex. As of July 11, funds provided for by the federal budget were transferred to the regions for a total amount of 118,0 billion rubles.
Of these funds, the regions brought to the final recipients 56,0 billion rubles, or 47,5% of the intended amount, which is almost 10 percentage points higher than the level of June 13, 2019.
The level of subsidies for unrelated support in the field of crop production to agricultural producers is 80,8%, subsidies for increasing productivity in dairy cattle breeding - 79,3%.
The Nenets Autonomous Okrug (83,3%), Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (82,0%), Kirov Oblast (81,8%), Sakhalin Oblast (78,5%), Altai Krai are currently leaders in raising funds to farmers. 77,9%), St. Petersburg (77,1%), Krasnoyarsk Territory (76,6%), Trans-Baikal Territory (76,0%), Mari El Republic (73,7%), Vologda Oblast (72,9 , 72,8%), Kurgan Region (72,2%), Vladimir Region (70,4%), Kamchatka Territory (XNUMX%).
The lowest rates are observed in the Republic of Ingushetia (5,1%), the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania (11,2%), the city of Sevastopol (12,9%), the Jewish Autonomous Region (14,1%) and the Republic of Dagestan (15,8 ,XNUMX%).
The issue of bringing state support to agricultural producers is under constant control of the Russian Ministry of Agriculture. To ensure timely budget financing of farmers, the Ministry conducts operational work with the leaders of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and regional agro-industrial complex management bodies.
