76% of Russians would like to add more vegetables and fruits to their diet in 2021. 51% of Russians would like to eat more meat, 48% would like to consume more dairy products, and 41% would like to drink more water.
These results are presented in the report on the results of a survey of 1675 people conducted by the Samokat express delivery service.
74% of the respondents would like to change their bad eating habits. For example, 56% of the respondents would like to stop eating too much before bedtime, 52% - to give up fast food, 48% - from sweet and starchy foods, 8% - from coffee and energy drinks.
At the same time, almost a third (31%) of survey participants would like to reduce the cost of purchasing food. 41% of those surveyed reported their expectations for lower prices for retail products, as well as for widespread introduction of recyclable packaging in stores. 68% expect to see a large selection of discounted goods in stores at the beginning of the new year.
