Dutch company "LVM CIES B.V." completed a deal to acquire almost 40% of a stake in the authorized capital of Lipetsk french fries producer Lam Weston Belaya Dacha LLC, follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The registry changes were made on December 18th. Now the Dutch own a 74,9% stake, and the remaining 25,1% are controlled by Vladimir Tsyganov, who is a member of the board of directors of Belaya Dacha Group.
Earlier, the FAS approved the application of "LVM CIES B.V." on increasing the share in the authorized capital of the Lipetsk company. Before the corresponding changes, the Dutch owned 35,52%. The majority owner was Belaya Dacha JSC (64,48%).
The company itself explained to the Abireg business information agency that “the Lipetsk project is no longer a White Dacha project.
It should be noted that since the establishment of the Lipetsk legal entity, Belaya Dacha and the Dutch company each owned 75% and 25%, respectively. However, at the end of 2018 LVM CIES B.V. applied to the FAS with a petition to increase the shares in the authorized capital of the company. In 2019, the Dutch company began to own 31,13% of the share, and later - 35,52%.
