In the fall of 2021, four modern grain cleaning and drying complexes (ZSK) were built on the farms of the August-Agro Management Company on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. New installations appeared in Verkhneuslonsky, Leninogorsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky and Tyulyachinsky districts. The complexes are fully automated: you can monitor the work of each of them with the help of one operator and two locksmiths (in one shift). The total investment of the August-Agro Management Company in the infrastructure for the processing of agricultural products in 2021 amounted to 450 million rubles. The task of the new complexes is to effectively cleanse the grain from weeds and ensure its long-term preservation (both for sale and as a seed in the farms of "August-Agro").
At the beginning of September 2021, a grain-cleaning and drying complex with a capacity of 50 tons per hour with full automation of technological processes and the possibility of remote access for operational diagnostics and control of work was launched at the August-Tyulyachi agricultural company. The ZSK bins were equipped with a natural lighting system of the internal volume with a product level scale for visual control. Grain (depending on its initial state) can pass through four main routes in the plant. ZSK is equipped with cleaning machines for primary and secondary treatment (MPS-300 and BSH-150), grain dryer SGR-50 and conveyor equipment SmartGrain.
Then, also in September, the farm "August-Kamskoye Ustye" launched a complex for cleaning and drying grain with a capacity of 65 tons per hour on the territory of the village of Bolshiye Saltyki, Kamsko-Ustinsky district. ZSK was equipped with a modular dryer "Altai-65". The installation provides 4 routes for the passage of grain. In addition, two arched warehouses with an area of 1400 sq. meters and a capacity of 3 thousand tons each.
At the end of September, a new grain cleaning complex with a capacity of 50 tons per hour was launched at the August-Leninogorsk agricultural company. From the point of view of design solutions, this installation completely repeats the complex put into operation in "August-Tyulyachi". This is the second ZSK in the August-Leninogorsk farm: the first, also with a capacity of 50 tons per hour, was launched in 2020 on the basis of the former Karkali feed mill. Based on the experience of the first season, it was decided to automate it and equip it with grain cleaning lines with aspiration, which was implemented in 2021.
And, finally, in October 2021, another ZSK with a capacity of 65 tons per hour was built at the August-Kamskoye Ustye agrofirm - it is located on a site near the village of Maidan, Verkhneuslonsky District. During the construction of the complex, the same constructive solutions and equipment were used as for the ZSK in the village of Bolshiye Saltyki, Kamsko-Ustyinsky district, however, the grain cleaning complex in Maidan has an additional operational silo for wet grain with a volume of 300 cubic meters with a conical bottom and an enlarged filling pit with a volume of 100 cubic meters with canopy. All this allows us to ensure uninterrupted round-the-clock work when large tonnages of agricultural products arrive. Depending on its initial state, it can take seven main routes in the installation. ZSK is equipped with three arched warehouses with an area of 1400 sq. meters and a capacity of 3 thousand tons each.
“During the construction of grain-cleaning complexes, the adjacent territory was landscaped: electricity and gas were supplied, lighting was installed, access roads were laid, areas for temporary storage of grain were concreted, checkpoints and truck weighing stations were equipped. In total, about 2021 million rubles were invested in the construction of the ZSK in 450. The creation of an infrastructure that allows us to receive high quality grain in our farms will continue, ”said Aydar Galyautdinov, General Director of the August-Agro Management Company.
