Highly professional special equipment was acquired thanks to state support. Now production has grown significantly and is constantly increasing its performance. The work of the enterprise during the working trip was inspected by the governor of the region Igor Babushkin. About 40 tons of products per day - such results have been shown by the Modern Fast Kitchen plant for 16 years.
The enterprise produces frozen vegetable products and semi-finished products. Based exclusively on the Astrakhan harvest. “We accept up to 4 thousand tons of vegetables: zucchini, eggplant, tomato, pepper, pumpkin, carrot, onion, dill. We are working on expanding the range of products. We have recently introduced dill and pumpkin into the range,” says Sergey Sorokin, general director of the Modern Fast Kitchen plant.
Up to 4 thousand tons of vegetables per season is 5-7% more than a few years ago. To achieve such high performance, the company is largely helped by new highly professional equipment acquired thanks to state support. Last year, additional funds were allocated in the region specifically for the development of agro-industrial complexes and vegetable processing companies. As Igor Babushkin noted during his working visit to the plant, subsidies will continue. “Moreover, we are doing everything to ensure that there are opportunities to increase volumes. This year, we managed to issue even more subsidies as support measures for agricultural producers and those involved in subsequent processing,” the governor said.
In the summer season, the main reception of vegetables from the fields takes place, and closer to autumn, onions and carrots are supplied. After that, all received products are stored in a special warehouse refrigeration room until winter. The temperature there reaches 20 degrees below zero, so you don’t have to worry about the quality of vegetables here. When the time comes for processing, the products go through several stages: washing, cleaning, cutting and re-freezing already in the fluidization apparatus. Thus, the company receives approximately 2 tons of products per hour, and the volumes are growing. “This company is a stable enterprise, which annually adds to our processing volumes and tax deductions. It is also important to note that our colleagues have a large map of the supply of their products,” said Ruslan Pashaev, Minister of Agriculture and Fishing Industry of the Astrakhan Region. The geography is truly impressive. Modern Fast Kitchen supplies its products throughout Russia. Abakan, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg, Moscow. In the capital, by the way, packing of vegetables also takes place. In the future, it is planned to expand vegetable production.
