Tolochin cannery decided to be the first in Belarus to produce frozen french fries. It will be able to order fast food establishments.
“At the Tolochin cannery, work is underway to organize the production of french fries in a shock freezing workshop. For processing, we offer the grade “lel”, an experimental batch has been received. We processed it into french fries, carried out a shock freezing for subsequent storage. Experiments have shown that this variety is perfect for this production. If we can produce frozen french fries, we can offer restaurants, ”BelaPAN reports the words of Vadim Makhanko, Deputy Director General of the National Academy of Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences for Potato and Horticulture.
