The first pre-production sample of new tillage equipment will be assembled in September - October 2018 at the facilities of the Kizlyar Electromechanical Plant (KEMZ, part of Rostec) in Dagestan, the director for work with non-core and problem assets of RT-Design Technologies of the state corporation Rostec told TASS on Monday Andrey Prikhodko.
Together with KEMZ, the project is being implemented by Sibselmash-special equipment. To date, at the facilities of KEMZ, six prototypes of soil cultivation equipment have already been assembled from components supplied by the Novosibirsk plant "Sibselmash-special equipment", but serial production has not yet been launched, since on the basis of the available prototypes and the results of analysis of the advantages of imported analogues of trailed tillage equipment new prototypes.
“The pre-production sample will appear in September-October 2018, it will be presented in Moscow at an exhibition in Crocus-Expo and at an exhibition of agricultural producers in Krasnodar. After that, it will already be possible to talk about the serial production of trailed tillage agricultural machinery, ”Prikhodko said.
According to him, the company plans to fully master the market of the North Caucasian Federal District, as well as enter foreign markets in the future. “In addition, a number of partners, in particular from the Czech Republic and Poland, have become interested in the offer of the possibility of placing orders for KEMZ and Sibselmash-special equipment for the production of components, which they are now purchasing from Germany and France. In the near future they plan to get acquainted with our production facilities, ”Prikhodko said.
