“In the first quarter of 2022, enterprises of the Moscow region produced 12,5 thousand tons of frozen vegetables. This is 29% more than in the same period of 2021,” said Georgy Filimonov, Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Moscow Region.
As specified in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region, in 2021 the growth in the segment of frozen vegetables in relation to 2020 amounted to more than 50% - 42 thousand tons of products were produced.
The main producers of frozen vegetables in the Moscow region are Zapadny Khladokombinatny LLC (4 seasons trademark), Trio Invest LLC (Miratorg trademark) and Marr Russia LLC.
