Raw materials for wine production and ingredients for vegetable dishes are grown on the farm of the chefs and restaurant owners Sergey and Ivan Berezutsky.
Among the drinks, visitors are offered wines from parsley, tomatoes, carrots, beers from beets and other vegetable crops.
In September 2020, Twins Garden was nominated for the prestigious Best Vegetables Restaurant by We're Smart® Green Guide. The vegetable-focused restaurant became the first in Russia to receive an award during the guide's lifetime.
