On September 26, in the village of Moshkovo, Novosibirsk Region, the Svyata Bulba potato festival will take place.
The event was organized by the Novosibirsk Center of Belarusian Culture GAUK NSO “House of National Cultures named after G. D. Zavolokina "and MKU" Department of Culture and Youth Policy of the Moshkovsky District ", with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the region.
The festival is intended to preserve the traditions of the Belarusians of Siberia and is aimed at strengthening ties between the districts of the Novosibirsk region, as well as at the revival of folk rituals.
Within the framework of the festival, it is planned to organize a harvest fair, an exhibition of potato dishes, and a dance show. Interactive zones will allow guests to find out their height and weight "in potatoes". The event promises to be interesting.
