Natalya Ivanova, a member of the Public Council under the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, as well as the Advisory Committee for Technical Regulation and Standardization of the Eurasian Economic Commission, will become the General Director of the Association.
“We at Dodo are happy to join forces with our colleagues. Right now, in turbulent times, this is especially important. By sharing experiences and best practices, together we can create even more value for our customers, employees, suppliers and the industry as a whole. We will be actively involved in the work of the association, learn from others and bring our expertise, ”said Ivan Tikhov, Managing Director of Dodo Pizza in Eurasia.
“Our company“ Kitchen in the District ”for 3 years has grown into a unique project with its own characteristics. We prepare hundreds of different dishes and update the menu every week, we deliver ourselves and build complex processes around simple food. All this is done so that the townspeople receive the maximum quality in those meals, on which it is customary in public catering not to rely at all. These are simple daily breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Homemade food. Since we have grown to the volumes of already quite mature companies and hundreds of thousands of customers trust us every day, it will be very important for us to share our experience with our colleagues in the shop. Having united, we will try to change the idea of delivery for the better and make all our products only better, ”comments Anton Lozin, co-founder of“ Kitchen on the District ”.
“Our industry is developing very actively, the boundaries between segments, traditional restaurants and fast food outlets, enterprises focused on delivery, catering and so on are gradually blurring. It is now very important that the market representatives themselves take the lead and provide conditions for growth and competition, while based on high quality standards, ethical norms, transparency, openness and sustainable development. McDonald's is ready to share its best practices, standards and approaches with market participants within this new platform, ”says Mark Karena, CEO of McDonald's Russia.
“The main differentiator of Subway's business is its strong franchisee community, which currently includes 215 entrepreneurs. We are a franchise company in its most classical sense. Our main focus is the development of the network, new start-up entrepreneurs are constantly joining us. Therefore, we have a great responsibility for the development of the small business segment. Often for new franchisees, buying a Subway restaurant is the first independent business. And we make sure that it is successful and brings a stable income. The company does not just sell a franchise, we support entrepreneurs at every stage of the formation and development of their business. Subway is a socially responsible company, and, in addition to supporting the franchisee, it is also important for us what conditions the personnel work in. We provide jobs through opening a franchise network, train and motivate restaurant employees, ”comments Olga Bludovskaya, President of Subway Russia. “It is important for us to participate in the formation of initiatives, to be at the forefront of innovations related to the QSR segment and small business. We hope that by exchanging experience with colleagues, together we will be able to bring qualitative changes to the industry. "
“Today large industrial companies with the number of employees reaching 30-40 thousand, very carefully choose partners for organizing public catering, because this is not only corporate culture - it is the quality of life of each employee, as well as a citizen of our country. That is why it is extremely important for us as key representatives of the corporate catering segment that the industry develops and transforms under the influence of high standards and requirements of industry leaders, whose social responsibility scales in proportion to economic efficiency, ”said Andrey Zhavoronkov, President and CEO of Sodexo Russia.
“I am delighted to be part of a project that will help develop the food industry in Russia. Thanks to the initiative of companies representing about 30% of the out-of-home catering market, we plan to significantly increase the level of exchange of best practices, be a “point of attraction” and create “solution technologies” for the industry, as well as become a constructive partner for government authorities, ”says Natalya Ivanova, Director General of the ATP.
“We also want to further expand the number of our members to be able to accumulate and broadly broadcast the best practices of food chains.”
