The department of information policy of the Sverdlovsk region recalled that in 2022, over 180 thousand tons of potatoes and more than 31 thousand tons of open ground vegetables were harvested in the region. The main part of the harvest was stored for long-term storage in modern storage facilities, the availability of which today is 95%.
Evgeny Kuyvashev previously set the task for farmers to ensure food security in the Middle Urals. The state provides agricultural producers with significant support - this year more than 4 billion rubles were allocated to Sverdlovsk farmers.
