The conditions for providing support to farmers from the Tomsk regional budget have been adjusted to increase the provision of the region with milk, potatoes and vegetables, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture reports.
From 2022, vegetable and potato farms will receive additional support. 50 million rubles will be used to reimburse part of the cost of acquiring (including using leasing programs) agricultural machinery and equipment for growing and storing potatoes and open ground vegetables.
Changes also occurred in unrelated support in crop production: the intensity factor was excluded from the formula for calculating the amount of the subsidy, and an increasing insurance coefficient (K = 1.2) was added for recipients of subsidies who sow not only cereals, legumes, oilseeds and fodder crops, but also vegetable crops open ground and potatoes.
