As explained in the explanatory material, since 1998, Doka-Genetic Technologies LLC has been operating in the Dmitrovsky district, which has developed, patented and industrially uses innovative technologies for the production of virus-free mini-tubers of potatoes. The enterprise delivered the developed technological equipment to Canada, Germany, Colombia, and China.
The enterprise has completely solved the problem of import substitution of seed potatoes both for its own production and for providing potato producers. Seed potato production is 7,2 thousand tons per year.
