From July 1 to July 3, 2021, the International Agroindustrial Exhibition “AGROVOLGA 2021” was held on the territory of the Kazan Expo IEC and the adjacent fields of JSC RATSIN.
The exhibition was opened by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov: "AGROVOLGA" is a very serious event at the federal level, it is an educational, innovative and competitive platform with an excellent exhibition complex. This is a very successful project. " Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan - Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Zyabbarov also made a solemn speech: “In a new format, on a new site, we decided to hold a large-scale event“ AGROVOLGA ”. We hope it will be useful and effective for everyone - there are many new and interesting things: machinery, equipment, varieties of our various cultures. " Director of the Department of Crop Production, Mechanization and Chemicalization of Plant Protection of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia Roman Nekrasov, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture of Russia Dmitry Patrushev, congratulated the participants on this event: “Today, AGROVOLGA is comparable to the largest agricultural exhibitions in the world in its scale, in the level of saturation of its business program. Not every region pays such attention to the agro-industrial complex and applies an integrated approach to organizing such events. "
The exhibition was attended by 379 organizations from 35 regions of the Russian Federation, and 11 specialists and leaders of the agro-industrial industry from 217 regions of Russia and 64 countries of the world (Italy, Egypt, Turkey, Kazakhstan) became visitors.
The large-scale exposition was divided into blocks according to the main directions of the agro-industrial complex. Some of the stands were located in an exhibition pavilion with an area of 10 m000.
On an open asphalt site, more than 60 manufacturers and suppliers exhibited their agricultural machinery.
The exposition of the strategic partner of the exhibition - JSC ROSAGROLEASING - occupied an area of 5 m000, on this territory there was equipment supplied by JSC Eurotechnika, LLC Tekhnika Zemli, LLC TIMER-T, JSC Tatagroleasing, DAIMLER KAMAZ RUS "and others.
About 20 thousand sq. M. was allocated for demonstration displays of agricultural machinery.
For the first time at the exhibition, Kazan GAU showed its authoring development - a fully autonomous unmanned tractor of the 4th level ADAS. The drone can autonomously perform soil cultivation operations, avoid obstacles in its path and work without satellite and cellular communications.
Within the framework of the exhibition, for the first time, a two-day regional competition "Tractor Show" was held under the auspices of JSC "ROSAGROLEASING", in which machine operators from 33 districts of the Republic of Tatarstan fought for the title of the best tractor driver. The first place was taken by a tractor driver with 11 years of experience from the Yutazinsky district (LLC "Unysh") Ildar Galeev.
30 companies demonstrated their achievements in the field of breeding, new fertilizers and plant protection products on pilot fields. For the first time in this format, several companies took part in our region, including Ammoniy JSC (the official sponsor of the Crop production section), TD LLCURALCHEM»
EkoNiva-Semena LLC, SAATBAU RUS LLC, MICROBOX LLC and others. At the demonstration sites, one could see new varieties that had not previously been sown in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The organizers prepared a top-class business program that included more than 32 industry sections and round tables with the participation of more than 170 Russian and international experts. The key event was a scientific and practical conference on the theme "Global Challenges for Food Security: Risks and Opportunities."
During the plenary presentations, topical issues of food security at the global and regional levels were discussed, FAO's initiatives to overcome hunger and access to healthy food, climate risks and the potential of carbon projects, the topic of ecology in agriculture and sustainable agriculture were discussed. The issue of the need for an interdisciplinary approach in the development of science, especially in the context of COVID-19, was also mentioned, the idea of creating youth scientific agro-technological teams was put forward, the development of agricultural science was discussed, including on the basis of universities, and not only research institutes.
As part of the business events of the exhibition, leading experts and practitioners spoke about current trends and development points in modern agriculture, including the opportunities that are opening up in the light of the digitalization of the industry. Special attention was paid to the importance of assessing and increasing the genetic potential, new technological products and programs for feeding, raising animals, the role of veterinary medicine, technologies and lines of modern fertilizers for crop production, technical equipment for all areas of agriculture. The issues of farm efficiency and ways to improve it were also covered. Development forecasts, analysis methods and strategies for implementing growth scenarios for the dairy industry were discussed at the quarterly meeting of the Expert Council of the Dairy Market Research Center (DIA), which was held in the republic for the first time.
JSC "Rosagroleasing" held large-scale conferences on the technical modernization of the agro-industrial complex with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan and suppliers.
The general sponsor of the exhibition, JSC Firm "August", shared his experience of using No-Till in Tatarstan in a round table format; other sponsors and partners of the event also held their own business events: PhosAgro PJSC, Ammoniy JSC, URALCHEM JSC " and etc.
During the exhibition, 5 key agreements were signed: an agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan and United Grain Company JSC on consulting and information cooperation; agreement between Rosagroleasing JSC and AVTODOR LLC—MOTORS ”, between JSC“ Rosagroleasing ”and LLC“ Kun Vostok ”on mutually beneficial cooperation aimed at increasing sales; Agreement between Rosagroleasing JSC and TPK MTZ-Tatarstan LLC on the supply of equipment under the leasing program for 8 years; an agreement between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan and PhosAgro PJSC, which provides for the creation of a second fertilizer distribution center in Tatarstan.
Participants and visitors were pleasantly surprised by the AgroFoodFest gastronomic food festival near the reclamation reservoir. At the food court, one could enjoy a variety of food cooked over an open fire from natural Tatarstan products.
Summing up the results of the exhibition, we can say with confidence that "AGROVOLGA 2021" has become an excellent platform for the presentation of its own products and technologies, for acquaintance with new achievements in various areas of the agro-industrial complex, for obtaining complete information about new progressive agro-technologies and innovations, global trends in the agro-industrial complex, as well as allowed to get new business contacts and strengthen existing ones.
