A fruit and vegetable processing plant "Provence Group" began work on the territory of the industrial park "Borovskiy" on November 5.
During the grand opening, the Governor of the Tyumen Region, Alexander Moor, clarified that the enterprise, which began operating in rented workshops, has now built its own plant. “This is a wonderful example of how, looking into the future, you can move forward and implement your plans,” said the head of the region and wished the enterprise to reach its design capacity in the near future.
Let us remind you that Provence JSC became a participant in the All-Russian training program “Leaders of productivity” and a platform for the implementation of the national project “Labor productivity and employment support”.
Alexander Moor thanked the management and staff of Provence Group for the project and confirmed that the regional government will support all investment projects.
Tatiana Ovsyankina, General Director of Provence Group LLC, noted that new opportunities are opening up for the company to expand the range and increase production volumes. “We are actively introducing tools for increasing labor productivity within the framework of the federal project, we plan to expand the geography of supplies. I am sure that we will successfully implement all these opportunities, ”she said and thanked the Governor for creating unique conditions in the region for development, implementation of new ideas and industries. “Our company is a vivid example of this, thanks to the forms of support that exist in the region,” Ovsyankina emphasized.
The new high-tech enterprise is engaged in the processing of agricultural products - vegetables, lettuce and greens. During the production process, the raw materials are sorted, cleaned, washed, dried, cut, mixed and packaged. Modern packaging guarantees high quality products.
All products of the plant can be divided into several groups. The company will also produce washed and cut or whole leafy salads - arugula, corn, iceberg, Swiss chard, romano, onion, dill, parsley and salad mixes.
The products will be sold in retail chains, cafes, restaurants, food factories at large industrial enterprises and in social institutions.
The construction of the plant began in June 2018, and the facility was put into operation in August 2019. The volume of investments amounted to 220 million rubles. The plant will employ 80 people.
