Since 2022, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation has introduced a new state program for the effective involvement in the circulation of agricultural land and the development of the reclamation complex of the Russian Federation. Within its framework, 468,8 million rubles were allocated for hydromelioration of the Ulyanovsk region, and 17,7 million rubles for cultural and technical activities.
