A new measure of support for the domestic agro-industrial complex was announced by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin at a meeting of the Government of the Russian Federation. The corresponding draft order was presented by the Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev.
An additional 2 billion rubles will be allocated to subsidize feed-in tariffs. The decision will allow transporting at least 1 million more tons of agricultural products and mineral fertilizers, and will also help contain food prices and ensure stable supplies.
