On July 28-30, in the village of Sokolniki, Kaliningrad Region, one of the key events in the agro-industrial complex will take place - the exhibition "All-Russian Field Day - 2022", reports press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.
Traditionally, the guests of the exhibition will be presented with the most modern agricultural machinery and equipment, the latest developments in the field of breeding, agrochemistry and plant protection. At the same time, it will be possible to evaluate the achievements of the industry in real field conditions - a large-scale open-air complex includes experimental fields, demonstration plots and landfills for equipment.
The exhibition will occupy an area of 37 hectares, of which about 1 ha is reserved for spring crops grown in the Kaliningrad region. 64 varieties and hybrids of wheat, barley, oats, buckwheat, corn, soybeans, rapeseed and other crops will be presented here.
As part of the business program, experts and market participants will discuss the priorities for the development of crop production in our country. The central event will be a plenary session chaired by the Minister of Agriculture Dmitry Patrushev, which will be dedicated to the industry's strategic guidelines for 2022-2030 and the tools to achieve them. In addition, discussions will be held on improving the efficiency of farming, the operation of traceability systems for grain, pesticides and agrochemicals, the development of domestic seed production, organic agriculture, the reclamation complex and other topical topics.
