The speaker noted that the country has developed an effective trade and sales policy, which takes into account the procedure for setting prices for fertilizers and their indexation, and the maximum amount of remuneration for distributors.
According to the Russian Association of Fertilizer Manufacturers, the output of the main types of these products increased last year by 5% in physical weight. By mid-December, Russian farmers increased purchases of mineral fertilizers to 5,4 million tons and began to accumulate reserves for spring field work.
