According to the operational information of the agro-industrial complex management bodies of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, from January 1 to October 28, 2019, agricultural producers, with a plan of 3079,0 thousand tons of mineral fertilizers in the active substance (hereinafter referred to as AI), acquired 3247,7 thousand tons of AI (105,5% of the plan), which is 395,1 thousand tons of AI more than on the corresponding date in 2018 (2852,6 thousand tons of a.a.).
The accumulated resources of mineral fertilizers (taking into account the remains of 2018) amount to 3439,9 thousand tons of AI, which is 356,2 thousand tons of AI more than last year (3083,7 thousand tons of AI).
As of October 28, 2019, the average price of the most consumed forms of mineral fertilizers, including VAT, packaging, transport and distribution costs, compared to September 28, 2019, decreased and amounts to: for ammonium nitrate - 15553 rubles / t (-1,3, 21%), urea - 607 rubles / tonne (-0,2%), azofoska - 22 rubles / tonne (-631%), ammophos - 1,0 rubles / tonne (-30% ).
As of October 28, 2019, there were no reports of problems related to the acquisition or unreasonable increase in the prices of mineral fertilizers.
