The company "Roselectronika" of the state corporation "Rostec" made prototypes of navigation-connected elements of on-board and dispatching equipment for the control system of unmanned agricultural equipment, the press service of "Roselectronics" reported.
“Today, the institute’s engineers, in particular, have developed the components of the on-board navigation and communications equipment, as well as the hardware of the dispatch center for automated control of agricultural machinery. The equipment provides 2,5 cm navigation accuracy. Communication with the base station of phase differential corrections is provided in the GSM and VHF channels, ”the message says.
It is noted that the development was carried out as part of the second phase of the project on the creation of hardware and software for controlling unmanned agricultural machinery, which is scheduled to be completed in November 2018.
“At the third stage of work, which is scheduled to be completed before May 2018, it is planned to conduct preliminary tests of prototypes. At the final, fourth stage - acceptance tests as part of the final equipment ”, - specified in the press service of“ Roselectronics ”.
The project for developing a complex of automated control of agricultural machinery began in the fall of 2016. The complex includes equipment located on board a tractor or combine harvester and in a dispatch center that provides automated control and monitoring of agricultural machinery in the area of coordinate farming.
