Governor Alexander Bogomaz monitored the progress of work
On May 20, Governor Alexander Bogomaz inspected the venue for the All-Russian Field Day. Together with him, the preparations for a large-scale event were assessed by Vice Governor Alexander Rezunov, Director of the Department of Agriculture Boris Gribanov, Rector of the Agrarian State University Nikolay Belous, Vice-Rector for Research at the Bryansk State Agrarian University Vladimir Torikov.
It is planned that the Bryansk region will present 130 varieties of potatoes, including the State Commission Commission, 50 varieties of corn, 12 varieties of flax, rye, triticale, wheat, spring rape, oats, and sunflower. The region also share its successful experiences with everyone.
Field Day is the country's main agricultural event, a large-scale field exhibition, which demonstrates samples of modern agricultural machinery and breeding, advanced technologies of crop production, animal husbandry and processing industry. Every year, the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia selects a region for the exhibition where agricultural industry is actively developing.
According to Alexander Bogomaz, the Government of the Bryansk Region is currently actively collaborating with the Russian Ministry of Agriculture to ensure that the event this year is held at a high level. Today, the head of the region discussed these issues with Deputy Minister of Agriculture Olga Gatagova.
