“Each cooperative unites several farmers, which makes it possible to solve problems that can be difficult for farmers alone to cope with. For example, the purchase of expensive equipment, large consignments of fertilizers at reduced wholesale prices or the formation of large volumes of supplies of products for chain stores ", - said the vice-governor of the Nizhny Novgorod region Evgeny Lyulin.
“So far, the cooperative movement in the Nizhny Novgorod region has not become widespread, but it has prospects. It is necessary to actively inform farmers about the possibilities of working in a cooperative, state support measures. As practice shows, while many farmers do not know enough about this ", - emphasized Evgeny Lyulin.
Recall that agricultural cooperatives can receive grant support for the purchase of machinery and equipment. Five cooperatives have already benefited from this support - 970 thousand rubles were received by the Stimul (dairy) SSSPK; 7,5 million rubles - SSSK Buturlinsky Market Niva (dairy, meat, vegetable); 7,5 million rubles SSSPoK - Agrarnik (dairy, meat, vegetable); 11,2 million rubles - SSPoK "Blagodat" (meat); 30 million rubles - SPPoK "Success" (dairy).
“Farmers who are members of the cooperative, in addition to grants for business development, can receive additional funds to create an indivisible fund for the cooperative. In 2019, 18 budding agricultural entrepreneurs have already received such support within the framework of the Small and Medium Business National Project ", - added Evgeny Lyulin.
Recall that farmers can learn about the possibilities of agricultural cooperatives in the innovation and consulting centers of the agro-industrial complex of the Nizhny Novgorod region. According to the agency, in 2019, with the help of specialists from the centers, 7 new cooperatives began to work in the region.
So, cooperatives "Senkino" were opened in the village. Zubilikha, Krasnobakovsky district (wholesale trade in vegetables and fruits); "Ray" in with. Small Rybushkino of the Krasnooktyabrsky district (processing and preserving of meat); “Saveliev Family Farm” p. Vazyanka Spassky district (milk and dairy products); "Tonkin flax fiber" in the village. Big Sodomovo, Tonkin District (spinning of flax fiber); "Sharang flax" in the village of Sharanga (growing flax), and two cooperatives in Nizhny Novgorod - "Commonwealth" and "Union" (mixed agriculture and dairy products).
In innovation and consulting centers of the agro-industrial complex of the Nizhny Novgorod region, farmers are advised on legal and economic issues, state support, help in the development of business plans, projects, and provide accounting services. In 2019, more than 1000 farmers used the services of the centers.
In 2020, in 30 regions of the region for entrepreneurs in the agro-industrial sector, seminars will be held on “A set of measures for state support of peasant (farmer) farms and agricultural consumer cooperatives” and “Mechanisms for credit, guarantee and leasing support for small businesses”.
