At the inter-district meeting, held under the leadership of acting. Alexander Savenko, Head of the Department for Social and Economic Development of the Village of the Tomsk Region, discussed the progress of work on the commissioning of agricultural land, reports press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia.
Last year, cultural and technical work on the introduction of land in the region was carried out by five districts. 13 farms expanded their agricultural land for this year's harvest. 6 hectares were put into agricultural turnover.
The largest areas were developed in Zyryansky (1564 ha), Shegarsky (1550 ha), Tomsk (1470 ha) and Pervomaisky (1400 ha) districts. Active cultural and technical work was carried out by SibAgro JSC - in 2021, for this year's harvest, the holding put into circulation land in the Tomsk and Shegarsky districts with a total area of 1830 hectares, and Agro LLC - in 2021, the farm put into circulation 1400 hectares for this year's harvest in Pervomaisky district. Agrocomplex LLC closes the top three - this year the farm will receive an additional crop from 800 hectares of land located in the Zyryansky district. In the Asinovsky district, the Niva farm put into circulation 207 hectares of agricultural land.
In 2022, the farms of the region will introduce another 14 hectares into agricultural circulation in eight districts of the region. The five above will be joined by Krivosheinsky, Molchanovsky and Kolpashevsky municipalities. In the Krivosheinsky district, Olesya Marushkina (243 hectares) will be engaged in land development. In Molchanovsky - KFH Tmoyan (200 hectares), in the northernmost, Kolpashevsky, district - the farms of Vsevolod Sinitsyn (290 hectares) and Nadezhda Stanislavskaya (20 hectares).
In total, 21 farms are planning to carry out cultural and technical work on the introduction of land this year. JSC Sibagro will develop the largest areas - 9600 hectares in Bakchar and Shegar districts. And KH "Kuendat" - 1000 hectares in Pervomaisky district.
As noted by the acting Alexander Savenko, Head of the Department for Social and Economic Development of the Village of the Tomsk Region, in the region, support for cultural and technical activities has been provided since 2017 as part of the implementation of the departmental program "Development of the reclamation complex of Russia" by agricultural producers of the Tomsk Region.
“In the Tomsk region, special attention is paid to putting land into agricultural circulation, as well as increasing the sown area for grain and leguminous crops, rapeseed and soybeans. Thus, by 2030 it is planned to increase the sown area by 72 thousand hectares, and bring the gross harvest of grains and legumes to 600 thousand tons,” said Alexander Savenko.
Recall that since 2022, a new state program has been in place for the effective involvement of agricultural land in circulation and the development of the reclamation complex of the Russian Federation. According to the program, enterprises engaged in cultural work, namely, clearing land from woody and grassy vegetation, tussocks, stumps and moss, as well as primary tillage, are compensated for 50% of the costs.
This year, 17,93 million rubles have been allocated for cultural and technical work to put land into circulation. Of these, federal funds - 15,59 million rubles. The rest of the funds come from the regional budget.
