Potato System Magazine and a German company Elea GmbH invite you to visit the webinar on modern energy-efficient pulsating electric field (PEF) processing technology.
The topic of the webinar: Improve quality, increase production and benefit from new product features.
The webinar will take place 14 May 14.00 Moscow time.
Working language: English.

The webinar will present all the advantages of the technology and demonstrate the PEF line of Elea GmbH, specially designed for small industries (with a capacity of 1 to 6 t / h). The all-in-one design occupies a small area, which makes it easy to integrate it into the production complex.
Managing Director Stefan Tepfl and Research Engineer Kevin Hill will explain in detail how PEF works, demonstrate the operation of the equipment, and talk about the features of the process. A Q & A session will clarify any details.
More about the equipment:
The PEF Advantage ™ tape system has been used in the potato industry since 2010. This equipment allows you to abandon the stage of blanching potatoes and other products before cutting, which allows the manufacturer to reduce electricity and water consumption by up to 90%.
Raw materials that have been pulsed by a pulsating electric field (PEF) are easier to cut, and slices are less brittle. The use of PEF can reduce drying or frying time and processing temperature, as well as reduce unwanted quality changes.
