The Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Agricultural Academy named after K. A. Timiryazev is opening an innovative institute for digital transformation in the agro-industrial complex. Its sites will include over 10 bench and research spaces, a co-working center and a meeting complex.
The project provides for the creation of eight laboratories equipped with specialized equipment. Including sensors, controllers, GPS trackers, computer and binocular stereo vision sets, microcomputers, network security systems.
The main objectives of the institute will be the formation of a targeted knowledge base, providing information and consulting support to industry enterprises in the IT field. Its specialists will also improve the quality of training for digital agriculture.
Students in higher, postgraduate and additional professional education programs will be able to develop practical skills and digital competencies here.
