The Agroproject farms of the August company are implementing a set of measures aimed at producing high-quality domestic grain suitable for long-term storage. To this end, agricultural firms are building modern automated grain cleaning and drying complexes. Management Company "August-Agro" has already built 4 such complexes in the Republic of Tatarstan, and the same number is planned to be launched in 2021 by the time of harvest. New grain dryers will appear in Leninogorsky, Tyulyachinsky and Kamsko-Ustinsky districts, and their capacity will range from 50 t / h to 85 t / h.
“Crop production is the main business of August-Agro. The arable land area of the "Augusta" farms on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan exceeds 140 thousand hectares. The crop grown here must be properly processed and prepared for storage for a long time. Grain drying complexes ensure the purity and safety of grain - both for sale and as a seed for our own agricultural firms, ”says Aydar Galyautdinov, General Director of the August-Agro Management Company.
In 2020, in the Leninogorsk region in the village of Karkali, a grain cleaning and drying complex with a capacity of 50 t / h was built. All the necessary infrastructure for drying and storing grain was created in the shortest possible time: construction began after sowing, and in August the complex was put into operation. It is planned that in 2021 the construction of a second grain dryer with a similar capacity will begin here. This should completely cover the needs for grain drying at the farm “August-Leninogorsk.
In January 2021, the construction of a grain-cleaning and drying complex with a capacity of 50 t / h was completed in the village of Starye Karamaly, Muslyumovsky district. It has a special purpose - a full cycle of preparation for sowing seeds for the August-Agro farms in the southeastern zone of the Republic of Tatarstan will be carried out here. The grain arriving from the fields will undergo primary cleaning from weed impurities, dry, then be cleaned of difficult-to-separate impurities on pneumatic tables and calibrated in shape, weight and size. In the next step, the seeds will be treated to protect them from diseases and pests.
Also, in the Muslyumovsky district, at the August-Muslyum grain-receiving enterprise (HSP), 2 grain-cleaning complexes with dryers “Altai-65” and “Altai-85” have already been built - with a capacity of 65 t / h and 85 t / h, respectively. In 2021, the same 2 complexes will be erected in the agricultural company "August-Kamskoye Ustye".
At present, preparations are also underway for the construction of a grain-cleaning and drying complex with a capacity of 50 t / h at the "August-Tyulyachi" agricultural company on the territory of the Uzyak rural settlement. The facility should be commissioned by early August this year. Since it is planned to create an elite seed farm on the basis of Avgust-Tyulyachi, it is also envisaged to build a full-cycle grain drying complex in the longer term, which will help provide seed for the August-Agro farm in the west of the republic. At the same time, one seed line with a capacity of 10 t / h, which will dry, sort and calibrate seeds, may appear at the agricultural firm in 2021.
Since grain drying complexes are usually built in the fields, it is necessary to connect roads and communications to them, including gas and electricity. The cost of equipment and construction of the complex itself, as a rule, exceeds 50 million rubles, therefore, taking into account the improvement of the site, the total costs for each grain dryer can reach 70 million rubles.
The production processes at the new grain cleaning and drying complexes will be fully automated, and human participation will be minimized: each complex will be serviced by one operator, and all the necessary data will be displayed on one display. The costs of transporting grain are minimized due to the fact that the equipment for drying and cleaning it is connected in one line. The complexes are universal: they are adapted for grain, legumes, and oilseeds.
